Glenn started in the mortgage industry in 1996 working part time as a loan originator while also running a large collection agency.  In 1999 he decided that he needed to go full time as a loan originator to guarantee he was giving his clients the best service possible.  After a few years working in the industry Glenn felt that opening his own broker office was in his and his clients’ best interest.  That’s how the idea of Pioneer Mortgage started.    Glenn founded Pioneer on the idea that service is paramount.  Anyone that has worked with Glenn will tell you that he is a “go getter” and that if there is a way to help a client, Glenn will find it.  Pioneer’s success is due to Glenn’s passion for helping clients to the best of his ability.
